Brentford FC have officially promoted Benjamin Arthur to their senior squad for the upcoming 2025/26 Premier League season.
The highly-rated 19-year-old defender, who is English-born with Ghanaian roots, has also committed his long-term future to the club by signing a new six-year contract that runs until 2031, with an option to extend.
Arthur’s promotion comes after an outstanding campaign with Brentford’s U21 side, where he was crowned Player of the Year for the 2024/25 season.
Known for his composure, strength, and intelligent reading of the game, Arthur is viewed as one of the club’s brightest defensive prospects.
