Simba SC faces a huge test in Cairo on Friday night with Al Ahly determined to finish off the Tanzanians.

The first leg ended 1-0 for the Egyptians in Dar es Salaam as the Tanzanians dominated and created the most chances but were very wasteful in attack.

The Egyptians know how to do business at this level as they are almost always unbeatable.

Simba SC’s head coach Benchikha knows how to deal with Al Ahly as he was the architect of their downfall when the Red Devils lost the 2023 African Super Cup to USM Alger.

Simba will be hoping for such a magical moment on Friday night in Cairo.

Al Ahly has now recorded 3 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats against the Tanzanians.

Ntibazonkiza, Kibu Denis and Clatous Chama are expected to lead Simba’s attack. A lot will be expected from the deadly trio.

Ahmed Kouka who scored the only goal in the first leg is expected to start in the midfield alongside El Soulia and Ateya.

Tau, Modeste and El Shahat are also expected to start in the attack for Al Ahly with Shobeir retaining his role in the post.
