Dreams FC needed a win at all costs against the Tunisian side Club Africain to be in the race to qualify for the quarter-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup.

In Group C, the competition has been so keen that the last round of matches will determine who will progress.

Dreams and Club Africain played an entertaining first-half draw as both sides squandered many chances to be ahead.

The second half got off to an incredible start for the Still Believe as they struck with just 5 minutes into the second half.

Abdul Aziz Issah assisted Godfred Atuahene who made no mistake and scored to put the host ahead. The 50th-minute goal from Atuahene was enough to secure all three 3 points for Dreams FC.

Dreams have collected a whopping 12 points from a possible 15 but have not qualified yet as Rivers and Club Africain all have a chance to progress.

Academica Lobito lost 3-2 at home to Rivers United in Angola. The win for the Nigerian side means that a 1-0 win or two goals difference win will send the Nigerians through.

Club Africain will welcome Academica Lobito who has lost all 5 games to Tunisia in their last game of Group C.
