Cameroon came from a goal down to beat Burkina Faso by 2-1 in the opening match of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations at the Olembe stadium.
Captain of the Indomitable Lions Vincent Aboubakar scored from the spot twice in the 40th and 45th minutes after Gustavo Sangare had put the Burkinabes ahead in the 27th minute.
Aboubakar was voted man of the match for his performance.
Ethiopia against Cape Verde is up next for the second match of Day 1 of the 2021 AFCON.
