Ghanaian winger, Osman Bukari, expresses joy as he clinches another domestic treble with Serbian powerhouse Red Star Belgrade.
Playing a crucial role in his sophomore season, the 25-year-old contributed significantly as Red Star Belgrade secured all three trophies, including the league title and the FA Cup.
Bukari showcased his talent by starting and playing 75 minutes in the Serbian Cup final against Vojvodina, solidifying his place in the team’s success.
Despite missing the 4-1 victory over Cukaricki, Bukari rejoices in their championship win, expressing gratitude on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Champions once again. Back to back treble winners. Alhamdulilah for everything,” he wrote
However, uncertainty looms over Bukari’s future in Serbia amid interest from Major League Soccer clubs.
With two years left on his contract, Red Star may consider allowing the winger to depart, with reports suggesting a $7 million bid from Austin FC has been accepted.
Throughout the season, Bukari demonstrated his prowess by netting ten goals and providing ten assists in 33 appearances across all competitions.
