Zhejiang FC has made a major move to strengthen their squad by securing the signature of Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Deabeas Owusu Sekyere.

The club has officially announced the completion of the deal, which will see Owusu join their ranks until 2025, enhancing their attacking options significantly.

Owusu arrives at Zhejiang FC with a wealth of experience and a proven track record, having showcased his talents across various leagues. Prior to his move to China, Owusu made his mark with Estonian outfit Paide, where he amassed an impressive record of 31 goals and 8 assists in 66 appearances.

His time at Paide was marked by consistent performances and a keen eye for goal, establishing him as a potent attacking threat. Following his successful spell in Estonia, Owusu embarked on a new chapter in his career with Cangzhou Lions, where he continued to impress with 12 goals and 7 assists in 46 appearances.

Owusu’s versatility and adaptability make him a valuable asset for Zhejiang FC, as he is capable of operating in various attacking positions with equal proficiency. Whether deployed as a central striker or out wide, Owusu’s goal-scoring instincts and creative flair add a new dimension to Zhejiang’s attacking play.

At Zhejiang FC, Owusu will be expected to play a pivotal role in the team’s quest for success, with his ability to make decisive contributions in key moments of the game set to be a crucial asset. His arrival adds depth and quality to Zhejiang’s attacking ranks, providing the team with a potent goal-scoring threat.

One of Owusu’s standout qualities is his ability to initiate and lead counterattacks, a skill that perfectly complements Zhejiang’s style of play. With his lightning-quick dribbling and incisive runs, Owusu has the capacity to unsettle opposition defenses and create scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates.

His impressive statistics, coupled with his dynamic playing style, make Owusu a player to watch in the Chinese Super League, as he aims to make a significant impact at Zhejiang FC. As he settles into his new surroundings, Owusu will be determined to repay the faith shown in him by the club’s management and fans alike with his performances on the pitch.

With his arrival, Zhejiang FC signals their ambition to compete at the highest level and challenge for honors in the Chinese Super League. Owusu’s addition to the squad strengthens Zhejiang’s prospects and adds further excitement to the club’s aspirations for the season ahead.
