Ghanaian right back Christopher Nettey has said his farewell to Asante Kotoko in an emotional message.
Nettey joined the Porcupine Warriors in 2019 from Attram De Wisser and has been a key member since then.
He helped the club to a Ghana Premier league victory in 2022.
Management of the club failed to reach an agreement to extend his contract and hence he will be free to join another team when the transfer window opens.
He has been linked with a move to arch rivals Hearts of Oak.
