Black Galaxies head coach Mas Ud Didi Dramani has invited two groups of 27 players each for a screening exercise as the team prepares for the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers.
The first round of the CHAN qualifiers is set to take place between October 25-27, 2024. To build a competitive squad, players from recent U23 and U20 national teams, alongside standout performers from Ghana’s domestic leagues, have been identified and invited for the screening process.
The first batch of players will report to the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram from September 30 to October 2, while the second batch is scheduled to gather from October 7 to 9.
Coach Dramani and his technical team will use the screening to assess the players’ readiness, with those selected forming the core of the Black Galaxies team for the upcoming international assignments. This process is seen as crucial in preparing a strong side for Ghana’s CHAN campaign.
