Ghanaian forward Douglas Owusu continued his impressive start to the Israeli league campaign by scoring in Hapoel Tel Aviv’s 3-1 victory over Hapoel Kiryat Shmona on Saturday.
The young attacker opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a powerful long-range effort, giving Hapoel Tel Aviv an early advantage in their Matchday Six encounter

Owusu received the ball around 25 metres from goal before unleashing a thunderous strike that found the back of the net, underlining his ability to make an impact from outside the penalty area.
The goal was his third in the Israeli league this season and provided an ideal start for Hapoel Tel Aviv as they returned to domestic action following the international break.
Hapoel Tel Aviv went on to secure a 3-1 away victory, with Owusu’s early contribution helping set the tone for an important result. The win marked the club’s second consecutive league victory and moved them provisionally into second place in the standings.
Owusu, who joined the Israeli side with considerable expectations, has continued to demonstrate his attacking qualities and growing importance to the team.
