Ghana Premier League side Dreams Football have announced reaching an agreement for the signing of Isaac Yaro from Division One League side Tamale City.
The forward was an impressive hitman for the Tamale-based in the second tier of Ghana’s football last season netting 17 goals in 10 appearances.
Yaro almost guided the club once again to a playoff place but their performances in the second round of the season meant they missed out on a possible promotion to the Premier League.
However, Yaro will now make the step to the top flight after an agreement was reached between Dreams FC and the Division One League side.
“Dreams Football Club is delighted to confirm it has reached an agreement with Tamale City FC to sign striker Isaac Yaro,” Dreams FC announced.
“Yaro emerged as one of the top scorers in the Division One League with a tally of 17 goals.”
The player will sign a contract to become Karim Zito’s first off-season signing subject to passing a medical as part of the formalities.
Dreams FC finished ninth on the Ghana Premier League table last season.
