Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Myron Boadu ‘happy’ to score winning goal for Monaco vs Metz

Dutch- striker of Ghanaian descent Myron Boadu scored the winning goal for AS Monaco in their 1-2 win against Metz on Sunday night in the French Ligue 1.

The 21-year old former AZ Alkmaar goal poacher struck in the 2nd minute to seal an import away victory for Monaco.

After a barren first forty-five minutes, Wissam Ben Yedder struck in 46th minute to put Monaco ahead but Ibrahim Amadou drew Metz level in the 62nd minute before Boadu score the match winner.

Boadu who is yet to rediscover his goal scoring form at Monaco has managed to score just two goals in 23 league games for Monaco this season.
