Ghanaian Braydon Manu netted his third league goal of the season for SV Darmstadt 98 on Saturday afternoon in the Germany Bundesliga 2 at home.
The 25-year-old attacker grabbed his side’s third and final goal in their 3-1 comfortable home win over Holstein Kiel to return to the summit of the league table temporarily.
He played 62 minutes of the match before he was substituted and replaced by Tim Skarke when Darmstadt were in a 3-1 lead.
Mattias Bader and Aaron Seydel scored on the 11th and 45th minutes of the opening 45 minutes to give the home a healthy lead before the first half.
The visitors got back into the game when substitute, Kwasi Okyere Wriedt scored a consolation goal four minutes after the break to make it 2-1.
Manu made it 3-1 under one minute after his team conceded to restore their two goals lead.
The 25-year-old attacker has played in 15 games in the Bundesliga 2 campaign in SV Darmstadt 98 and has scored three goals and provided two assists.
