Ghana coach Chris Hughton has expressed the significance of including Hafiz Konkoni from Bechem United and Ernest Nuamah from FC Nordjaelland in the Black Stars squad for the upcoming AFCON qualifying clash against Madagascar.
Hughton commended the two debutants during the press conference, highlighting how they have impressed him and the technical staff.
The former Brighton coach noted a rapid development of chemistry between the new players and the experienced members of the team.

“We are impressed with the level of chemistry between the new players such Hafiz Konkoni and Ernest Nuamah. They are good additions and they will help us,” Hugton said.
Hafiz Konkoni, who scored 14 goals in the recently concluded Betpawa Premier League, played a key role in guiding his team to a third-place finish in the league. He received a late call-up to the national team.
Ernest Nuamah, recognized as the best player in the Danish top flight league, has been named in both the senior national team and the Black Meteors squad for the U23 AFCON, scheduled to take place later this month.
