Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC midfielder Richard Boadu has reacted to his team’s goalless stalemate against Accra Hearts of Oak SC Sunday afternoon in Accra.
The former Medeama SC kingpin came from the bench to feature for the Porcupine Warriors as they ended the first round of the 2021-22 season with a crucial point.
Boadu, after a good start to life at Kotoko was expected to start the game but was left on the bench by coach Prosper Narteh Ogum to the surprise of many supporters.
“Everyday is a second chance. Make use of any minute you get”, Richard Boadu wrote on social media after the Super Clash.
He gave a good account of himself with the minutes he spent on the field with some good passing of the ball but couldn’t be the difference in the game.
