Ghanaian forward Michael Sarpong is set for a move to one of the Soweto giants before the start of the 2022-23 Premier Soccer League in South Africa, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The Ghanaian attacker was offered to AmaZulu, who opted not to sign the former Yanga SC marksman.
According to our sources in South Africa, the 26-year-old has been offered to the three Soweto sides; Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Moroka Swallows FC.
The former Rayón Sport attacker is keen on a move to the DStv Premiership, with the player’s camp working hard behind the scenes to secure a move to one of the Soweto giants.
It remains to be seen which clubs among Kaizer Chiefs, Orland Pirates and Swallows will win the race for the player’s signature, with a deal expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
