Norwegian Eliteserienoutfit Valeranga have officially parted ways with Ghanaian enforcer Mohammed Abu after three years together.
The 29-year-old holding midfielder spent last season on loan at MLS outfit DC United but his contract with Valeranga was not renewed upon his return.
SPORTSworldGhana.com understands that the former Manchester City-owned player is in talks with a host of American teams as he eyes a move to the MLS.
Abu previously also played for Stromgodset, Arhus, Columbus Crew and a host of other clubs.
On the international scene, he has been capped four times by Ghana at the senior level.
