Following Hearts of Oak’s official proposal for Arthur’s services, the club was granted permission to engage in discussions regarding personal terms.
According to a reliable source, Arthur and the Accra-based side have verbally agreed on the terms of the contract, marking a significant step towards finalizing the deal.
At the age of 21, Liventius Arthur showcased exceptional skills and dedication while playing for Tamale City last season, despite the team’s unfortunate relegation.
In recognition of his talent, Hearts of Oak aims to secure his services for the upcoming seasons. It is anticipated that Arthur will sign a three-year contract with the Phobians, with the possibility of extending for an additional year.
Prior to his time at Tamale City, Liventius Arthur played for Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs, where he gained valuable experience and honed his abilities on the pitch.
