Former Ashantigold midfielder, Seth Osei, is on the brink of finalizing a deal with Hearts of Oak during the current summer transfer window, Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively report.
After departing from Ghanaian Premier League team Ashantigold SC, Seth Osei spent a season in Egypt. However, he is now set to return to Ghana’s top-flight league.
Initially, Nations FC had engaged in discussions with Osei and were waiting to include bonuses in his contract after he successfully passed a medical test last week. Nevertheless, Osei has had a change of heart and is presently in Accra to complete the transfer to Hearts of Oak, having already reached a personal agreement with the capital-based club.
Hearts of Oak is determined to bolster their team ahead of the upcoming season and is actively seeking to recruit quality players to reinforce their squad.
Seth Osei’s time in Egypt was marked by impressive performances, scoring 11 goals in 13 games for Baladeyit Elmahalla SC, which earned the club promotion to the Egyptian Premier League last month. Additionally, the 23-year-old midfielder contributed significantly to his team’s success by scoring five goals and providing six assists during the qualifying campaign for the Egyptian Premier League.
