As part of their ongoing transfer activities, Asante Kotoko has officially secured the services of right-back player, Fuseini Issahaku.
The journey to this signing began with Fuseini participating in the club’s pre-season training sessions at Beposo as a trialist.
However, his notable performance on the training field has garnered the attention of the Kotoko technical team, ultimately leading to the formalization of a three-year contract following his successful completion of the mandatory medical evaluation.
Fuseini has formally committed to a three-year engagement with Asante Kotoko. In this new chapter, he will actively contend for the right-back position within the team, vying alongside Augustine Agyapong and Samuel Asamoah, both of whom recently joined the club.
Notably, Fuseini’s football journey includes a background with the Tamale Utrecht Football Academy. During the previous season, he embarked on a season-long loan to RTU.
Although his tenure with RTU didn’t secure him a consistent starting role within the team, his experiences have paved the way for his progression to Asante Kotoko.
