Ghanaian midfielder Obeng Regan has signed for Serbian side Zeleznicar Pacevo.
Obeng moves to the second tier club as a free agent on a one-year deal as he seeks to help them qualify for the elite division.
The talented central midfielder featured for Mladost Lucani in the second half of last season where he made nine appearances and the move to Zeleznicar is to enable him get his form back.

Obeng was ranked as one of the best midfielders in Serbia during his time at Napredak and Cukaricki but a move to Ajax failed through despite passing trials and impressing manager De Boer as his then agent Marko Pantelic demanded more money.
