Sundanese giant Al Hilal Omdurman are set to complete the signing of Ghanaian forward Hafiz Konkoni Wontah ahead of the 2023-24 campaign, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The club have contacted Ghana Premier League side Bechem United FC for their star striker who’s being chased by Accra Hearts of Oak SC.
He is set to link up with other Ghana Internationals, David Abagna Sandan and former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC left-back Ibrahim Imoro to make the Ghanaian contingent three at the club.
He recently received a call up from Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Madagascar in Antananarivo on June 18.
He was the second top scorer in the Ghana Premier League last season with 15 goals which has attracted interest from Ghanaian giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC and Accra Hearts of Oak SC.
