The first edition of the All Regional games have been duly launched to the press in a plush event in Accra to officially kick off preparations towards the novelty games.
The All Regional games will feature nine sports disciples namely football, Athletics, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Boxing, E-sports and Arm Wresting.
The inter-regional games will have an age cut off from 18-23 yrs. All 16 regions are expected to conduct local games to select participants to represent their various regions.
The event was attended by Former skipper of the Black Stars who is the Ambassador of the games alongside Ghanaian legends John Paintsil, Fatau Dauda, Stephen Appiah and Agyemang Badu
“lets make All Regional games a succesful one. let’s make it an institute. let make it something that the next generation will benefit from” Asamoah said at the press launch.
Dancehall Music Icon, Stonebwoy and a host of celebrities have thrown their support for the inaugural games to begin in November.
