The box-to-box midfielder secured his move to the Porcupine Warriors on Tuesday after putting pen to a two-year contract
Blay played for the last time for Medeama SC on Monday against AshantiGold SC in Ghana league, the day his contract with the club expired.
The highly-rated player spent the 2019/2020 season on loan at Kotoko where he became fans favourite following his consistentand dedicated services to the club.
The combative midfielder featured 17 times in all competitions for the Porcupine Warriors and scored twice including the first goal when Kotoko beat arch rivals 2-1 in the league in Accra.
He played 19 games and scored 3 goals in the past season for Medeama SC after his return from loan.
Blay made 7 appearances and scored once for Medeama in the Ghana Premier League this season with his goal coming from the spot.
