Ex-Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs trainer, Muhsin Ertugral says Ghana have got absolutely no chance of qualify from their World Cup group in Qatar.
According to him, the Black Stars cannot progress from the Group stages at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament with the teams they found themselves in same group with.
“Portugal is an interesting team,” Ertugal said.
“It was always a one-man show, years ago, in which they always had unbelievably great talents and players, but do they have the capacity to reach a certain level? I probably see them in the quarterfinals, but not over, there’s not enough in this team,” he said.
“For me Ghana have got no chance in this group, no chance.
“Uruguay maybe. Korea is interesting. They have, in the last few years, they have always started Kim Min-jae, who played for Fernebache and now plays for Napoli. He is a great, great defender, and they have many of them.
“So Korea could be a surprise in the end there.”
Ghana will start their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign with a game against European giant Portugal on November 24 at Stadium 974 in Doha.
Four days later, the Black Stars return to action with a clash against the Asian powerhouse South Korea at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan.
The Black Stars who are making their fourth FIFA appearance will end their group stage campaign with a clash against Uruguay at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah.
