Former Ghana U20 left-back Patrick Kpozo has joined Moldivan giants Sheriff Tiraspol in the winter transfer window, according to Ghanasoccernet.com.
The 24-year-old old moved to the Europa league-bound side on a free transfer after leaving Swedish outfit Ostersund.
Kpozo failed to extend his stay at Ostersund after the club suffered relegation from the Allsvenskan league in 2021.
GHANASoccernet.com can confirm that Kpozo is the first player signed by Sheriff Tiraspol in the winter transfer window. He joins compatriots Edmund Addo and Abdul Basit Khalid.
Patrick Kpozo spent four years at Ostersunds after an initial two years at AIK, having left Ghana in 2015.
He also spent time on loan in Norway, where he played for Tromso and during his time at Ostersund, he spent a year at IFK Lulea.
He was a member of the Ghana U20 at the FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand.
