Isaac Mensah, the former Hearts of Oak midfielder, has officially signed with Angolan club Kabuscorp do Palanca for the upcoming season.
The 28-year-old has joined the Luanda-based team on a two-year contract, marking his return to Angolan football.
Mensah’s move comes as Kabuscorp do Palanca seeks to enhance their performance following a fourth-place finish in the 2023-24 Girabola season. His previous experience in Angola, where he played for Petro Atletico from 2018 to 2021, is expected to be a significant asset for the team.
After a successful stint at Petro Atletico, Mensah transferred to Oman Club in 2021 and later returned to Ghana, where he played for Great Olympics. During his time with Great Olympics, he made 33 appearances and scored four goals.
With his extensive experience and proven track record, Mensah is anticipated to play a pivotal role for Kabuscorp do Palanca in their quest for success in the 2024-25 season. The club and its supporters are optimistic that his return will lead to a successful campaign.
