Libyan top-flight club Al Hilal Benghazi SC has made an official announcement regarding the signing of attacker Kelvin Andoh.
Following the successful completion of his medical examination, the former Karela United FC forward has inked a two-year contract with Al Hilal Benghazi SC.
Kelvin Andoh, aged 27, departed Al Soqour Tobruk upon the expiration of his contract and has now joined another Libyan team on a free transfer.
Before making his move to Libya, the talented player participated in six matches during the 2022-23 season of the Ghana Premier League, impressively contributing with one goal and one assist.
Having previously been associated with Asante Kotoko, Kelvin Andoh joined Karela in August 2021, showcasing his skills in 35 appearances throughout two seasons in Ghana’s top division, where he found the back of the net eight times.
Notably, Kelvin Andoh was part of Wa All Stars’ triumphant squad that secured the Ghana Premier League championship in 2016, proving to be a valuable asset to the team’s success.
Al Hilal Benghazi SC, which calls the 11,000-capacity Benina Martyrs Stadium its home, currently holds an impressive position as the second-ranked team on the Premier League: Championship Group table.
