The chairman for Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), Mr. Kudjoe Fianoo says he was satisfied with the clubs performance of the 2022-23 season.
The astute football administrator was however quick to admit that things could have been better and hopes for better things to come in the future.
“It took the last games before we could determine who won the league, who placed second, and even coming down with those who should be relegated,” he shared with Citi Sports.
“So it was a good league… I think when we tighten the screws, we’ll get better performance from our referees, and the crowd will also fall in line. So very good league, but I will want it to be better next season,” he asserted.
Medeama SC beat Aduana Stars FC to the trophy at the dying embers of the season to win their first league title in the history of the club.
