George Owu has disclosed how sad it was for him when he missed the opportunity to sign for Tottenham Hotspurs.
George Owu, one of the best goalkeepers of our time has lifted the lid on his broken move to Tottenham Hotspurs in 2010.

He continued, “Win a place in Ghana’s 2023-man squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
“Samy Adjei had retired from the national team so it was just Richard Kingston, Philemon McCarthy and I who played in the qualifiers”, continued George Owu.
“Milo’s 23-man squad included Daniel Nii Adjei after he had won the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup and Heart of Lions’ Stephen Ahorlou who had just won Ghana’s best goalkeeper award.
