The Al Sadd star on Friday 27th May, 2022 paid a courtesy call on President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House, the seat of the President of the Republic of Ghana.
The Black Stars captain who has been in country for some days now following the end of the Qatari League, took the opportunity to visit the first gentleman of the land and presented to him a club jersey.

Ayew Ayew has been named in Black Stars coach Otto Addo’s squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification games against Madagascar and Central African Republic.
The 32-year old won his first league title in his career and his second trophy with Al Sadd after winning the Emir Cup in his debut season with Al Sadd in Qatar.
Ayew joined the Qatari giants in July 2021 as a free agent, and put pen to paper on a two-year contract.
