Ghanaian international Kwame Adubofour Opoku Afriyie was in action for Peterborough United in their SKY Bet EFL Championship away victory over Barnsley on Monday afternoon.
Poku, 20, replaced Joe Ward in the 46th minute mark of the game at the Oakwell Stadium. He was, however, booked in the 52nd minute for an unsporting challenge on a Barnsley player.
Striker Jack Marriott shot the visitors ahead in the 25th minute before former Arsenal Academy graduate Frankie James Kent scored the second goal of the match in the 75th minute to wrap up an important 2-0 win for Peterborough United.
