Ghanaian forward Osman Bukari provided an assist for Red Star Belgrade in their big win against Zeleznicar Pancevo in the top football league of Serbia.
Playing as a winger for Red Star Belgrade, Bukari stayed on the field for the whole game as his team won 3-0 on Sunday.
Bukari, who had just recovered from an injury, helped set up a goal for his team in the 45th minute, just before halftime.
In the second half, Red Star Belgrade played even better, scoring two more goals to secure a comfortable victory.
Senegal’s Cherif Ndiaye scored the second goal in the 73rd minute, and Nigeria’s Peter Olayinka scored the third goal just three minutes before the end of the game.
Bukari had already scored a goal earlier in the week when he returned from his injury, and now he added an assist against Zeleznicar Pancevo.
In this season’s Serbian top league, the 25-year-old Bukari has scored seven goals and provided five assists in 24 matches.
Overall, including other competitions, Bukari has scored 10 goals and assisted 8 times in 31 matches this season.
