Ghanaian giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC recorded their first win of the season with a slim victory over Nsoatreman FC on Sunday afternoon.
The Phobians pipped the visitors 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium in the matchday two of the ongoing 2023-24 campaign.
Ramos Wanet got the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up early in the game with a poachers finish to get his first goal of the season in Hearts of Oak colours.
Wanet’s goal was all What the Rainbow Boys needed to beat Maxwell Konadu’s team to get on a winning track after losing their first game of the season.
Hearts of Oak will take on Bofoakwa Tano FC in Sunyani whiles Nsoatreman travel to face Dreams FC in their next game.
