Ghana Premier League New Boys Tamale City FC were held to a 1-1 stalemate at home to Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC.

The Yellow and Blue outfit held the Porcupine Warriors to share spoils with them in their week 12 clash in Tamale at the Aliu Mahama stadium.
The opening 45 minutes of the match ended goalless as both teams failed to find the back of the net despite some few good chances.
Six minutes away from the full time whistle, Issah Nyaabila scored an own goal to hand the away team a 1-0 lead after 84 minutes of play.
Two minutes later after going down, Babamu Ibrahim scored the equalizer for the home team to make the final score 1-1 with both teams settling for a draw.
