Medeama SC on the other hand boast of three wins and two defeats in their last five matches with both losses coming on the road against Accra Lions FC and Nsoatreman FC.
In their last five meetings in the Ghana Premier League, Hearts of Oak SC have won three with the visitors winning the other two games with no draw in their last five games.
Medeama SC are second on the league table after 30 games with 50 points and two points behind leaders Aduana Stars FC with four games left.
Hearts are fifth on the league table after 30 games with 45 and has a slim chance of winning the league title mathematically but seven points behind the leaders making it a tough task.
The game will kick off at 3pm on Sunday afternoon at the Accra Sports Stadium.
