Vision FC salvaged a 1-1 draw with a late equalizer against Young Apostles in an intense clash at the Wenchi Sports Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The home side started brightly, taking the lead in the 7th minute through Ramzy Abubakar, who finished confidently to put Young Apostles ahead. Despite their early dominance, the hosts missed several chances to extend their advantage, leaving the door open for their opponents.
Vision FC displayed determination and were rewarded for their persistence in the 86th minute when Emmanuel Atta Frimpong found the back of the net to secure a vital point for the visitors.
The result sees Vision FC climb to 11th on the table, building on their two-game unbeaten streak after enduring three consecutive defeats. Young Apostles, however, remain winless in their last three matches and are currently 13th in the standings.
