Ghana’s star player Kudus Mohammed has rejected a new deal at Dutch Eredivisie giant AFC Ajax Amsterdam, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.

The Ghanaian international is in his final year of his current deal at the club and has opted to not sign a new deal at the club ahead of the upcoming 2023-24 season.

Ajax offered him a new two-year deal but the Ghana International has declined the deal to fuel speculation of a possible departure from the club this summer.

English Premier League and UEFA Europa League side Brighton and Hove Albion have tabled a juicy offer to sign the Ghanaian versatile player from the Dutch side before the start of the season.

Manchester United are among his admirers this transfer window as Erik ten Hag looks to strengthen his team for the Champions League and the domestic competitions.
