Bayer Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong has started his recovery process ahead of a return before the season ends.
The talented right-back suffered an ankle injury last month in his club’s Bundesliga game with FC Cologne but he has now started physicals as he hoped to come back.
Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that Frimpong has started gym work and will need a maximum of two weeks to get to the field again.
He could play the last two games in the Bundesliga for his club before the season ends.
