Ghana is set to face Liberia in an international friendly match at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
This fixture is crucial in refining Ghana’s squad in preparation for the 2023 AFCON, which will be held in Ivory Coast next year, following their successful qualification.
Ghana secured their tenth consecutive appearance at the AFCON by defeating Central African Republic with a score of 2-1 in the last game of the qualifiers, which took place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi last Thursday.
In contrast, Liberia was unable to secure qualification to the AFCON, finishing third in their group.
