The fans of Žalgiris have voted Ghanaian forward Francis Kyeremeh as the player of the month for February-March.
The attacking midfielder, who is playing in Vilnius for the third season, won almost 300 votes in the club’s social networks Facebook and Instagram, i.e. more than 44 percent.
According to InStat statistics, Kyeremeh was the most useful at the beginning of the season.
During 5 matches in the championship and the Super Cup, the Ghanaian International scored 3 goals and 3 assists, created the most opportunities (13), and made the most key passes (9).
Second in the vote was defender Nicolas Gorobsov, who got 23 percent. votes.
Defenders Petaras Mamičius and Nemanja Ljubisavljevičius finished third and fourth respectively with 17 and 16 percent.
Kyeremeh, 24, has scored three times in four appearances for Žalgiris in the ongoing Lithunian A Lyga.
