Ghanaian centre-back Baba Mensah has signed for VPS on a free transfer.
Baba, 28, moves to VPS from fellow Finnish second tier club IFK Mariehamn on a two-year deal.
The former Black Satellites defender is expected to play a key tole in the 2023 season as VPS eyes qualification to the top flight league.
Baba who has previously played in Denmark and Sweden spent one season at Mariehamn where he made 24 appearances scoring two goals and providing two assists.
