German-born Ghanaian defender Derrick Kohn found the back of the net for his team as they won away from home in the German Bundesliga 2 on Sunday afternoon.
The left-back was among the goal scorers when Hannover 96 beat Greuther Fürth 3-1 on the road to go seventh on the league table after five games with eight points.
Nicolo Tresoldi opened the scoring in the first half after just 16 minutes into the game to put the visitors 1-0 up with a cool strike.
Halfway through the opening 45 minutes of the match, Tresoldi set up Kohn to double the away team’s advantage with a great goal on the 22nd minute mark, making it 2-0.
Julian Green pulled one back but Marcel Halstenberg restored the visitors two goal lead to make it 3-1 at full time.
