In Odense BK’s 2-1 defeat against Lyngby, Ghanaian defender Leeroy Owusu stood out with a stellar performance, despite the team’s disappointing result.

Owusu, who played the entire 90 minutes at the Nature Energy Park, provided the assist for Odense’s lone goal. Luca Kjerrumgaard capitalized on Owusu’s precise pass in the 13th minute with a left-footed shot to the bottom left corner.
However, despite Owusu’s contribution, Lyngby dominated with more possession and shots on goal. Andri Gudjohnsen equalized for Lyngby in the 22nd minute, followed by Sævar Magnússon’s winning goal in the 31st minute, assisted by Jonathan Amon.
