Ghanaian in-form attacker Antoine Semenyo has been nominated for the Sky Bet Championship January Player of the Month.
Semenyo, who netted three goals and three assists in a New Year display of form, has impressed with his power and pace.
He joins a shortlist of Blackpool goalkeeper Dan Grimshaw, Fulham goal-machine Aleksandar Mitrovic and Queens Park Rangers attacking midfielder Chris Willock.
The winner will be announced on 11th February 2022 by the judging panel of Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
Meanwhile, Semenyo, 22, has declared his readiness to play for the Black Stars in the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup play-offs against Nigeria next month.
The speedster has scored five goals and provided six assists for Bristol City this campaign.
