Ghanaian forward Brandon Thomas-Asante’s jaw-breaking and spectacular strike against Stoke City has been adjudged as the Sky Bet Championship November Goal of the Month.
The striker produced an acrobatic bicycle kick over the head of Potters keeper Jack Bonham and into the back of the net from inside the penalty area – Albion’s second goal in their 2-0 win at The Hawthorns.
He saw off competition from Manuel Benson (Burnley), Josh Ruffles (Huddersfield Town) and Riley McGree (Middlesbrough).
Brandon won the prestigious award after the result was decided by an online vote combined with the choices of a judging panel including Sky Sports’ EFL experts Don Goodman & David Prutton.
