Ghana’s young talented forward Felix Afena Ohene-Gyan is on the verge of joining newly promoted Serie A team Cremonese Football Club.
With Afena Gyan’s imminent €8m move to Seria A new boys, the youngster could become the second most expensive signing of the club.
The 19-year-old Ghanaian versatile forward played for AS Roma senior team last season in the in the Italian top-flight with eye-catching and scintillating performances for José Mourinho’s team.
He scored two goals in the 2021-22 Italy Serie A in 17 matches for the Red and Yellows outfit who win the maiden Edition of the UEFA Europa Conference League tournament.
With the arrival of Argentina star Paolo Dybala and other stars, his playing time at the club can not be guaranteed and with the World Cup in Qatar looming, the youngster is exploring other options for playing time to get a call-up to represent Ghana at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
He could be announced as the new attacker for the newbies in Serie A by the close of the week according Nicolo Schira.
