Ghanaian forward Richmond Tachie was on target for Kaiserslautern in the German Cup on on Tuesday evening at home to Bundesliga side FC Köln.
He lasted 82 minutes on the field of for the Red Devils as they won the game 3-2 in an entertaining clash at home to progress to the next stage of the competition.
On the 19th minute mark of the match, Tachie broke the deadlock of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up with a right-footed strike from the outside of the box into the center of the goal.
Kenny Prince Redondo, grabbed the second goal for the home team to make it 2-0 two minutes after the break with a very fine finish.
Marlon Ritter scored the third goal to make it 3-0 few minutes after the hour mark with another good goal but Jan Thielmann and Mark Uth scored two goals to make it 3-2 at full time.
