Five minutes later, the 28-year-old kept his composure in front of goal and dribbled Niklas Sule before unleashing a sweet finish from just inside the box into the bottom right corner with his left foot.
The host scored from the spot on the 38th minute when Jürgen Locadia converted beautifully.

Lewandowski scored again 15 minutes from full time but it was a little too late to help the league leaders salvage a point as Bochum won 4-2.
