Ghanaian midfielder Abdul Rashid Abubakar has signed with Moldovan club CSF Spartanii Sportul on a two-year contract.
The 24-year-old completed his transfer from Omani side Bahla Club, marking a new chapter in his career.
Abubakar, who previously played for Accra Lions, was instrumental during the club’s inaugural season in the Ghana Premier League.
Over the course of 27 matches, he contributed significantly with one goal and two assists, showcasing his versatility as both a holding and attacking midfielder.
His dynamic playing style and consistent performances earned him recognition at Accra Lions, and he now brings his talents to Moldova.
Abubakar has already joined his new teammates and is gearing up for the upcoming season with CSF Spartanii Sportul.
