Ghanaian youngster Isaac Arthur has completed a move to Moroccan second-tier side Kenitra Athletic Club ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 20-year-old midfielder sealed the transfer from Swiss giants FC Basel during the summer window and has already linked up with his new teammates in training as the club prepares for the upcoming campaign.
Kenitra confirmed the deal in a statement: “We are delighted to announce the signing of our new midfielder, Isaac, from FC Basel.”
Arthur expressed his excitement in a video released during his unveiling: “Salamualaikum. I am Isaac, happy to be here. Let’s enjoy the season.”
The highly-rated midfielder is expected to play a key role in Kenitra’s push for promotion to the Moroccan topflight.
Arthur began his professional career with Berekum Chelsea before moving to Europe, where he featured for Serbian outfit Vozdovac. While at Basel, he also spent time on loan at Swiss side Schaffhausen to gain experience.
